Low cost of ownership and minimal maintenance

Bump and turn module is designed to change the orientation of the product by 90 degrees. Result is achieved by using a stopping post to initiate change of orientation. Once orientation is changed, a side registration guide completes the alignment of the product to ensure that proper positioning is achieved.

  • Slotted guides and twist lock handle for height adjustment. Dial indicator displays precise position
  • Adjust module position in X and Y directions through slotted guides and adjustable mounts
  • Left or right hand configurations to perform turns on either side of conveyor *
  • Nip roller prevents slippage of product during turning. Position adjustable in all directions. Rubber O-ring provides grip for roller to swivel as product is turned
  • Small, low profile design that fits right on top of belt
